None of this advice has been vetted by the FDA, ADA, AMA or other venerated institution. They are much maligned and yet somehow I feel they do the best they can. Hopefully, if you have questions, your doctor can give you some good advice about how your particular medical conditions mesh with the information on my blog. My blog is for the purposes of education - it is not to be mistaken for medical advice, and your health is in your hands. Only your personal physician can provide you with personalized medical advice suitable for you. I can't practice medicine over the internet, so please don't ask me to.
As for money, if you happen to buy some stuff off Amazon through a link in my blog, I will get a small percentage, theoretically.
And finally - I see some blogs with the following disclaimer and I'm assuming my lawyer would be happier if I had this disclaimer too, and as happiness is my business, I'll add it, though it seems obvious: this blog provides links to external sites. I have no control over the content or quality or updating of those sites. Proceed at your own risk. I've been told never to listen to bloggers.
