As far as I know, those researchers never released date on whether brain function was preserved as well.<br /><br />So the study at hand sort of fits that mold. I don't think anyone knows yet whether foods or supplements would be the better way to preserve brain function in the aging brain. The study at hand supports food over supplements.<br /><br />Call me crazy, but this stuff is incredibly exciting to me. I see way too much dementia in my medical practice.
